The presentation of Comedy Tonight is from a recognition that in a world of confusion, chaos, and craziness, we need to laugh. It’s the laughter that enables us to continue to charge forward.
As I’m rather fond of saying, “I know funny, I just can’t be funny on command.” Because of that, we prepared a little differently for this show. Every singer has had a chance to work with local actor/director, Gary Briggle. He’s a bit of a superstar with his on IMDB page! Not only does he know funny, he knows how to make funny. You get to see the hilarious and touching results of this collaboration!
Finally, tonight’s show is dedicated to my Father-In-Law, Ray Waszut. As many of you know, Ray very recently passed, leaving behind a world that was richer for his having been in it. Love you Dad.
